These terms govern use of Sonar, operated by Sonar. By using the service you agree to them.

Acceptable use

• Only message recipients who have opted in to hear from your business.
• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and all applicable laws, including POPIA.
• Do not send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, and do not scrape or harvest third-party data.
• Honour opt-out requests; do not attempt to circumvent them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and for having a lawful basis to contact the people you import.

Billing

Messaging is charged against prepaid credit at the rates shown in your account. Amounts already consumed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the WhatsApp Business Policy, or that puts the platform or its WhatsApp numbers at risk.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". Message delivery depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform and is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
